Law / Taking my girlfriend as accompanying with myself to Poland [6]

I couldn't understand exactly what should I do. There's a de facto visa in Netherlands or Australia which girlfriend or boyfriend can apply for accompanying visa for his/her partner. I don't know what can I do to convince consulate to get a visa for my girlfriend. I've heard that there were some cases that boyfriend/girlfriend could get visa for his/her partner and they move to Poland together. Could you describe more about your last sentence? "You know, they come and go so quickly....."
