UK, Ireland / Help needed in registering a surname change in Poland [8]

So to make a long story short, my mum got married to my stepdad in 2010 and changed my surname from my polish one to an English one using a deepoll and never registered it in Poland so once I turned 18 and went to update my passport in the polish embassy in London I had a right telling off for using a false surname due to me being my old surname in Poland and my new surname in the UK. They haven't even explained how I meant to sort this out so I'm very confused.

So I don't even know where to start with this, I have translated my deepoll into polish, and I don't know what else to do.

How am I meant to register my surname change in poland?

Doing a deepoll back into my old surname would not work as I have everything and I mean EVERYTHING in my new surname, from my rented house, bank, car details, my driving licence and my university etc etc.

@RubasznyRumcajs
I have a polish passport as I'm a polish citizen and have been living in the UK ever since I was 6 years old. Sorry about not stating it, I completely forgotten.

Yep I've already used a translator for the deepoll. Okay brilliant thank you. Only issue I will have with that, is how am I meant to travel back to UK from Poland and then back without a passport as there's no way I can take off 5 or so weeks off work and university to sort this out.
