You can view on the european web some advices. First of all, you can have and insurance of your car, flat, etc. in one country eventhough you live in other country inside the EU.

Second one, if your car is new (or less than... six months (i think) you wont pay taxes to import the car.
You only will pay money when you register the car in Poland wich won´t be excesive if the car cost less in Germany than in yor country.
