Law / Official documents procedure in Poland? Family Status, Birth certificate, Marriage certificate [10]

I am trying to perhaps locate where in Poland I would need to contact to obtain my Mother's Birth Certificate. She was born in 1930 in Woropajewu and left in 1939 due to the war breaking out. I'm literally hitting brick walls. I managed to get a copy of her Baptism certificate from the Belarus archives, but that's all they sent me.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to go? Many thanks!
