[Moved from]: Good way to book new (visa) Appointment for family. I have work permit in Poland.

How can i book appointment of visa for me, my wife and my daughter for same day?
I have work permit and my wife and daughter is dependent of me.
Generally after how much day new appointment will released? Any specific date is there when new appointment is released?
