Merged: How much time does it take employer to process work permit?

Hello All,

I am an IT professional and currently working in India.
My profile is under process for an opportunity in Poland and soon my employer will be processing Work permit for me.
I have been reading posts to get an idea about how much time does it take to process work permit.
I checked few old posts and found it takes about 2-3 months.
Does it still take 2-3 months of time to process work permit ?

I would really appreciate if someone recently moved to Poland on work permit could share his/her experience.

I guess once the work permit is processed and sent to me, I will have to process my work visa.
Form your reply I suppose it took about 2 months for you to get the work permit and process visa, isn't it ?
May I ask how much time it took for your employer to process work permit and send you ?
