HI All,
My employer based out a Warsaw is processing Work permit for me. I have read in previous threads (very old posts) that it takes around 60-90 days for processing of one application. It is still same or with time it has improved/reduced ?

I have few more queries, i would be thankful if any one can answer.

1. What all mandatory documents one needs before filing WP applications ?
2. Do we also require passport for applying WP?
3. Post WP,when we apply for VISA in home country, how much time does it takes for VISA processing ?
4. Initially WP is processed for 1 yrs , what after that, do we need to renew WP, if yes then it can be done for how long ?

I hope some one who has recently gone through all this process can answer.
