Law / Need help on my driving license (lost my national license in Poland and would like to replace it for Polish) [14]

I have lost my national driving licence but still having the international driving licence with me.But I am in Poland now which make it difficult to get a new national one.

Can I still be able to chnage my international driving license to a polish national license without having to go thru driving school and practical test again?

any idea will be appreciated.Thx in advance.
