Life / ID card for Child in Poland - requirements? [7]

Hi All,

My girlfriend (Polish) would liek to get her son (Polish) an ID card so he can travel in Schengen - the father of child is being difficult. Does she require both signatures to get this? (it's my understanding she does for passport).

Thanks everyone.

Yes, she is going through the court just now. Mediation didn't work. Father is being un-responsive to anything. He got passport for a year as he was under 5, but now over 5 and so needs new one, requiring his signature.

Her lawyer has applied to the court. Was just wondering if there was an interim solution.

Can she write in her passport or is it required to have own passport now?
