Furthermore, it demonstrated to the three Western occupying powers the recognition of the human rights regulations established after the Second World War, particularly with the founding of the United Nations. However, another aspect was even more decisive: the members of the Parliamentary Council assumed that the majority of those who could claim asylum in the West would come from the Soviet occupation zone....

Without the millions of GERMANS fleeing the soviet zone of occupation, who knows if that special german law of asylum would exist at all....

Germany can't be the saviour of the world....if we can keep our neighbourhood in order then that alone is alot to stem....right now we can neither, its time to set our priorities right.
We are no rich, well functioning country anymore....you are afraid of a rising AfD? Then why are you insisting to carry on all these things which make the AfD bigger and bigger?
German laws and EU laws are not set in stone....when they stop working or even worse have unwanted outcomes, they need to be changed, adapted or thrown in the bin.
Either the actual ruling parties do it...or the AfD does it....there is not much time left to chose!
how are countries supposed to keep them when they really want to access German welfare?

The only way is for Germany to cut out the "pull factors"....no more huge social benefits for every newcomer plus clan....only a bed and daily bread....the usual, nothing more.
No longer a reason to travel half the world, wandering through dozens of already safe-third-Countries....
