No need for all that with this Sole machine, its bad to the bone. I only doing a couple of miles on level one and its a good workout for me. I cant imagine doing some of these advanced programs, perhaps 20 years ago...lol Ive only had it since Xmas so Ill build up more endurance.

I went and purchased a Sole Elliptical machine, it was a bit pricey but its nice to have down in my basement. I still cant find any free weights, all sold out after the gyms were closed.

I think its because they dont use any sauce for a base in Poland, its crazy. Poles in Chicago still squirt ketchup all over it, but you have to add your own corn, cant buy it this way. We have authentic Italian Pizza here and proud of it..Corn! Hahaha

Have you tried Hawaiian style with bacon and pineapple? Strange indeed but popular in weird places like California.

Nothing wrong with learning Polish if you plan on living in Poland, but you could actually get away without it now. Yeah, its fun going to the Polish bars in Chicago and talking to the girls with my cute American accent, hehe they love it! Im around Polish speakers everyday so Im used to it, but Im not taking lessons like Lyzko, why should I? If youre going to learn a foreign language in the USA, you would be crazy not to learn espaniol gringo:) Nobody speaks Polish outside of the Chicagoland area. Try going to a bar in New Orleans or Vegas and say "jak sie masz" and they will think youre Borat..lol

So what my ancestors came from Europe? I feel 100% American and dont really care that much at all about Europe anymore. Its so old and run down to the ground, what's so special about it?? There is a good game beginning right now... Green Bay Packers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The 2 top rated Quarterbacks, Tom Brady and Aaron Rogers. It should be a better game than the upcoming Superbowl. I still like football, but hate how they became so political. its mellowed out a lot since 2 years ago.


You have to be in tip top shave to play Hockey as well. I used to go to a lot of Blackhawks games it was always exciting. They dont fight as much as they used too, some of those old timers were totally nuts. I used to like to watch the olympic hockey games the ones that are classics now!

I think there pretty good but keep burping up that sauce for 2 days afterwards and its not so good for the breath either.


TexMex is another version, but I dont like getting into all that crazy hot sauce and peppers. I like the authentic style Nachos that have the fried beans on them and melted cheese in the oven. I uusally get the Enchiladas for dine in and Burritos on the go.

Ive never had a kabab in my life. The closest thing we have to it in Chicago are called "Gyros" they are sold in Greek restaurants, really tasty, made out of lamb and beef with tzatziki sauce. Ive been told they look exactly like kababs, but its 100% Grecian or I could be wrong too.


A Mexican restaurant in Poland would be a big hit. Poles in Chicago love the Taco Burrito King, its smaczego:)

Nothing wrong with that, some food seemingly tastes better the next day, like spaghetti.

I remember that Yorkshire pudding was pretty good! It reminded me of Italian gravy bread, but with its own unique flavor. I cant think of any place around Chicago where I purchase it either. Everything else I tried in UK was very bland except for the Fish and Chips were rather tasty.
