News / Israel opposing potential new Polish law to criminalise term 'Polish death camps' [1538]

What is beyong my comprehension is why under the EU rules any country has an obligation to share in the misery caused by a reckless moron member like Germany, for example. At the time of signing, WE was well defined, the land and the people. Fine. Even if people can relocate as they wish, it's still the same land and the people. Allowing a million incompatible welfare Muslim rapists without the consent of all member countries in was not part of the deal. That argument should be all Poland and Hungary should advance and win.

It's gradually changing But not in western Europe.

That's progress but I am not impressed. EU countries are like connected buckets with several of them happily taking in the sewer from Africa and Asia. Consistently with the laws of physics, that sewer spreads and there is little anyone can do about it. As the US experience shows so clearly by now, the road from electing a good guy like Trump to an effective barrier to the asylum scammers is a long one. We, like WE, are so far totally powerless with that catch-and-release nonsense even with a right guy in the WH.

The only thing that really works is the Isreali style wall augmented by the IDF shooting real ammo and leaving the process of sorting them out to God. For that, I love Israel.

No, they can't. Western Europe is run by its ruling class impervious to voters' wishes. WE voters are as powerless to stop the refugees and other illegal scum as the voters in communist Poland were powerless to keep the Soviet army out of Poland. The disgusting thing about the American losses in money and blood during WW2 and as part of NATO is that WE is now on a suicide mission. Defending Europe was a collosal mistake.

The PH attack was a just a pretext Roosevelt was praying for every day. So the SOB set it up to make it easy for the Japs to make a move. Getting all those US sailors murdered was just part of the deal and a prop for his day-of-infamy speech. Again, the fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans didn't want another Euro war didn't matter.

Back "Polish death camps".

Thank you.

In the US, free speech and the 1st Amendment is only between you and the US government. Nothing to do with your employer, stores, malls, etc. It means that you cannot be charged by the feds for saying anything other than revealing classified material or the names of the CIA agents, for example.

Under the 1st Amendment rules, the feds cannot censor and ban a publication. If a publication is deemed a threat to the country, the government has to go to a federal court and ask for an injunction.

In Western Europe, saying that you hate Muslims and the refugees is a criminal offense and will land you in prison. Or try saying that the holocaust didn't happen in Germany and see what happens. What will happen is the same damn thing that used to happen under communism. What really pisses me off is the realization how many Americans had to die to create these so called Western democracies, now on a mission to commit suicide by Muslims.

Your claim that the US has no freedom of speech tells me you have no idea what freedom of speech is. The US corporations have nothing to do with the concept.

What is the 1st Amendment, according to you?

@Dirk diggler
A guy with a burning tire ready to be thrown at your property is not a protester. He is a criminal saboteur ready and willing to kill you. The idea, which I fully support, is to kill him when he gets too close. If said saboteur brings a kid along and the kid dies too, it's daddy's fault, not IDL's.

The more I read how one can end up in a slammer for saying what the governments in Canada, Western Europe, and now in Poland don't like, the more I like our 1st Amendment. A country without fear of saying what the ruling class didn't approve. What a radical concept.

The funniest thing of all is that Western Europe still believes that it is better and more democratic than the communist block before it fell apart.

Life / What is Poland's view on obesity? How healthy, fit are Poles? [166]

Words of wisdom. The not-so-funny part of this fat drama is that if you ask any of the fatsos what caused them to gain all that weight they will most likely tell you something about their bad genes, metabolism, addiction, being molested as kids, etc. Never that they eat like pigs (my apologies to pigs) and that they love it.

On the other side, if they could just die the day they qualify for Medicare, that would help keep the system fiscally sound. Unfortunately, many live long, if unhappy, lives while draining the funds desperately needed by those who did not affirmatively tried to get sick.

The rest of us became a bunch of touchy-feely enablers by replacing "fat" with "large" to protect the fatsos' fragile egos knowing very well that an insult can be a good thing as a wake-up call. It happened to me except that my problem was being too skinny and weak. Looking back, the two publicly delivered insults, from my phys-ed teacher and a classroom cool girl, were exactly what I needed. Four years later, I placed 13 out of 27 in a bodybuilding competition in Sopot, with Andrzej Jasinski taking the top spot. Insults are good motivators.

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

@cms neuf

Murder rates are the highest in the Latino sh--- like El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. Their gun ownership is very low. It's the people. In the lilly white Vermont and New Hampshire, the murder rates are actually lower than in the gun-free France.
