Life / Typical Dentist-Hygiene in Poland [41]

That's shockingly expensive!

This explains why America is known for the most beautiful smiles in the world: it's the land of toothy grins. What I find shocking is the decaying, toothed smiles often seen in Europe.

It's hardly a burden...

Again, with the change of direction and evasion, you were promoting the benefits to the environment, but suddenly, it is not the environment; it is hardly a burden.
Give me a break.

It was a commendable effort, albeit with a significant error on your part. BB was discussing the country, and you altered the context by referring to individuals; it's not equivalent, even though the Eskimo reference was clever, albeit incorrect, from my viewpoint.

Off-Topic / The case of Srebrenica, stance of Poland and international consequences [31]

Bill Clinton in Srebrenica paying his respects in front of a monument honouring dead Al-Qaeda fighters from Arab countries who died fighting against VRS - the Army of Republika Srpska.

Wrong; he is thanking the devil for allowing him to wage a war that saved his a*se from a conviction following his impeachment.

See what I talking about. You again ignoring Muslim mujaheedine killing of more then 3000 Serbian man,

Don't be surprised, Crow; you are talking to the same people that never mentioned 1200 thousand Israelis murdered, raped, mutilated, and enslaved in Gaza, but at the same time, cry a river for Palestinian terrorist. No balance whatsoever. To be evenhanded, Srebrenica should have never happened.

History / What do Poles owe to Czechs? [83]

I'm not familiar with that. I only have a beer once a month, my wife liked Okocim, and Tyskie has been occupying space in our fridge for the past few months without anyone to drink. Interestingly, it's sold in four-packs rather than the usual six.

also beer, supposedly the best in the world.

Alien, supposedly, is the word. Do you believe Okocim and Zywiec are inferior, or are they locking in aggressive advertisements?

News / Britain - problem for Poland and Poles? [117]

No, it just shows that you are a troll as I have never made an anti semitic post in my life!

Except when someone points to your bulbous nose, you get upset because, in your mind, it makes you look Jewish.::)))

USA, Canada / American Polish Festivals Information [20]

I live around Torch Lake which is 50 miles South of Petoskey.

Legs are not only beautiful but exciting
in many other ways. You are in another world when inside actually the little museum, a tribute to a man's resourcefulness. Family adherence to Polish traditions, food, music, and costumes. You genuinely experience Podcarpacki, Poland, from the beginning of the twentieth-century era. Polish language is everywhere, owners are fluent in Polish, and are accessible. Interesting were the beginnings. The original owner escaped, too busy Chicago, and decided to live among Indians.
To make the long story shorter, he was accepted as the blood brother, not only a brother but a chief. Family remembers the friendship; jobs are
available to Indians even today.
As for Torch Lake, don't be bashful, Johnny. It is a unique gem on the world scale, with unsurpassed beauty, and was once rated the most beautiful lake in the world.

Earth, like on a big ball. It would save a lot of energy.

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to apologize for my previous post, which accused PF readers of being unfamiliar with hyperbole. You are certainly an exception to the rule and hyperbolize with great finesse. Thank you for the enjoyable exchange.

History / What makes you feel Polish? [167]

Then there is no choice! If they won't be afraid of you, then they will laugh at you.

Some people seem to fear the truth, treating it like kryptonite, those who believe in false gods. It's like Polish Judas, selling the fatherland for forty pieces of false gold.

"Who is Shayk? Is he a member of your Swingers' Club?"

Google might be able to expand your vocabulary. Oh, what the hell, sheik, rings the bell? Don't blush Jon. The PF is full of ignorant people. Not that I call you ignorant, but getting involved in the Swingers Club affairs might be my guess.

Some local behinds, you say? How devilish, cunning, and slippery. I propose a more careful approach, particularly in Northern Sudan. Those fanatically adhering to
their religious beliefs are incredibly intolerant of even slight deviation from sexual practice and are treated harshly, starting with being blindfolded and wandering the top of tall buildings. You can pretend to be hetero, checking some potato sacks walking by, but their intolerance knows no limit, so it's a tall building for that offense, too.
To be safe, follow your instincts and go as a neutered gender individual. As a rule, South Sudan would be much safer. Saveges are primarily Christian, so deviant behavior, even though discouraged, is widely tolerated. But let's say you got caught probing some savages behind, 'Shayk's cousin, and the chieftain gets mad and orders you to be pushed off the tall building. So they lead you to the tallest mud hut, 6" tall; you fall and, by pure luck, land on the random chicken.Sh*t, how lucky can you get?

To satisfy your hero complex, I will try to relay what happened truthfully. With his concave chest puffed up to the max, waving a pride banner furiously flapping in the hot desert wind, Jon stormed the defensive position of an 87-year-old grandma-rebel hiding in a mud hut. All male rebels left in a panic attack after the rhythmic beats of the tam-tam drums announced Jon was coming; so relax, Jon; your hero status is firmly established and indisputable.

Jon, please remember to mention to PF readers that Google Earth allows you to virtually travel through rebel-held territory, which slightly reduces the imagined dangers!

Concentration camps with crematoriums?

Do you see what I mean, Milo? There's a lack of balance. And a preference for choosing extremes to make a point. Where are the concentration camps and crematoriums coming from? Do you notice that Jon is also using the same unbalanced approach?

UK, Ireland / Better being female in UK or Poland? [33]

What does "ruro" mean? 🤔

Alien, You are too Germanized. Nothing is wrong with your Polishness, but there are gaping holes regarding nuances.
At one time, many Russian girls practiced the oldest profession on the leading Polish roads, preferably in forested areas.
Imagine you see a scarcely clad, pretty girl, and you are a red-blooded Polish male; stop and chat for a while, after a few sentences, because of her limited knowledge

She asked you about your preferences: W PASZCZU OR W RURU? So this is the end of the lesson, you are welcome. Next time, don't ask Jon, the artificial Pole; his gap in nuances

knowledge is much more significant than yours; he writes books ( inventions really) without an ounce of truth that nobody reads, like his latest:" Frolicking with Exotic Marine Life." Or "Fun Witnessing Cargo in the Act of Defecation" or "Jim Fictitious Pedophile."

Off-Topic / Moderators! What is the deal with "gender" on PF appl. forms? The category should be "sex" [63]

Please keep in mind the following text:

100% is fine with me too.

The paradox of excessive political correctness is clearly on display. Are you okay with the destruction of the human race happening in just a few short generations?

Come on, Lenka, you recently wrote the following:

And it never crosses the idiot's mind

Who are you referring to as the idiot? Could you please explain?

USA, Canada / Why Americans don't allow men to be in briefs at the beach/swiming pools? [90]

That's probably the first time anyone's ever mentioned that here. Is it a hobby of yours?
@ jon357

Uderz w stól a nożyce sie odezwą. Dolno introduced PF readers to a disease widely practiced in the UK but unknown in Poland, and then Delph arrived, changing the equation.

The ones that can get away with them do.
@ jon357

"Those who can get away with things, do," is Jon's philosophy of life. This may explain why some people in your social circles are practicing unethical behavior, such as the loathsome and inhumane practice of felching.
