As long as they know how to define "a woman," their hair could be any color as long as it is black.
We have a black woman on the Supreme Court who heard "She will be the first black woman on the Supreme Court" 1793 times but when asked "What's a woman?" she said that she couldn't answer this question because she didn't have a degree in biology.
I wonder what she would say if asked "What is black?"
