So you insert `competition` (if conditions are met for that) while in reality you giving last chance to the female A, before your exist strategy, as you said, in search for the another woman A.
There is that rule. Never pursue a female that you didn`t fascinate. So, you can give more time to some female only in case you aren`t sure about her first signals. Example. She maybe react positively at first but then she looks like reserved. Reasons may be various. It may even be her trick. So, you seek the way for some more time. But, I suggest, never to waste too much time.

Also, Romania becoming increasingly aggressive on both- Hungary and Serbia. Concerns of fanatical and erratic regimes are considered to be real threat especially having in mind that during WW2, Ukrainian nazi banderists and Croatian nazi ustashe were in official alliance, connected with back then regime in Romania. Officially, Hungary is part of NATO, while Serbia is neutral on global military alliances. Unofficially, Hungary and Serbia signed mutual-protection pact that includes mutual training and support in military hardware, diplomatic coordination and prevention of terrorist threats.
