And again... why is it that on that one day (part of it at any rate) they were able to carry out coordinated multi-directional attacks in a matter they've never been able to before?

Depends on country too. The original British skinheads were a working class thing and had some weird manifestations (one branch was big into knitted sweaters). The racist branches were more against Pakistanis than blacks (and there were black skinheads too).
In the US they often flirted with nazi style imagery but were mostly a-political (even some who used nazi symbolism did so for shock value and not political commitment). I knew a few back in the day and they were typical US punks - middle class kids, often smart, but alienated from their environment (esp parental materialism and/or hypocrisy).
Nastier strains existed too but I never had any contact with them and IIRC were mostly around big cities on the coasts.

Evangelicals (for the blissfully ignorant) are made up of a number of different protestant denominations primarily in the south. They tend to be low church (that is buildings and institutions aren't important - what's important are individuals and their 'personal relationships' with Christ.
They also read the bible... a lot. and are obsesses with the idea that we are living in the End Times described in the New Testament. While such beliefs are older, the founding of Israel convinced them of this even more.
They are fanatically pro-Israel as this is crucial to the second coming (as they understand it).
Some think Jews are more or less exempt from the otherwise universal need to become Christians while others think that Jews have to be saved like everyone else.
They have lots of other weird ideas (collectively many of the strangest are not shared by all groups) and on the whole are not poor. Not as well off as Mormons but hardly poverty cases.
One of the oddest manifestations of Evangelical .... devotion is the idea of the Red heiffer. I guy has been breeding them for years to create a heiffer that can be sacrificed in Israel.

Ukrainian returning pows look like they've been in a torture concentration camp while russian pows look healthy. Ukraine tries to avoid civilian deaths while russia is now specifically targetting civilians, etc etc etc.
If and that is a big IF, that new state will do something against Israel - they will lose.

Not my solution.... it's not what I support, it's a likely outcome.
I would prefer for Palestinians to try to get a reasonable peace with Israel (very available) but what they want is an overwhelming victory over Israel.

I have said (and believe) no such thing. What I have said is that conflicts of this kind usually end with the expulsion of one of the groups (any Germans in the Sudetenland now?) That's descriptive, not presciptive.
Neither side wants a two state solution and neither side wants a single secular state.
What does that leave?

I've understood that perfectly for years. Both sides want all the land and neither wants to share (some Israelis are less against that than others).
They had a chance to do that before and failed and made sure they would never have the chance again... Arabs are bad at creating/maintaing countries.

Ten years (give or take2 years depending on local circumstances) is the absolute limit before their priority turns inexorably toward enriching themselves or just holding on to power for the sake of holding on to power.
No counter-examples in the 21st century, only confirmation.
With dictators it's even worse because the longer they're in office the stupider their decisions become as they become more isolated from anything outside their dictatorial bubble.
