None. Israeli propaganda posted videos of murders in Iraq said to be from Gaza and many fools believed the lies.

Israel could have stopped the violence a long time ago by compensating those ethnically cleansed from what is now Israel and allowing people to return and reclaim their property.

It's undoubtedly true that the IDF have killed more gay people in Gaza than any other armed group. They have also killed more women, children and people with learning difficulties, they have killed more cancer patients, premature babies and physically disabled people. What these murdered people have in common is that they met their deaths at the hands of a genocidal army uninterested in anything about them other than their nationality. The IDF is not a feminist organisation it doesn't care if its victims are gay or not, the IDF only cares about its victims nationality.

I am pointing out that the ECHR has history in making decisions that are politically inspired. They have set at least one very damaging precedent that is used to this day by others to ignore human rights. Of course you are free to make as many partisan decisions as you wish but courts should not have that freedom particularly one with human rights in its title.

The European Court of Human Rights is a disgrace of an organisation. They directly paved the way for both the US and Israel to torture at will and with impunity.

The Regime in the US specifically mention the disgraceful decision reached by this "court" under political pressure from the UK regime to rebrand Torture as degrading and inhuman. The genocidal regime in Israel did the same.

Any authority international courts had has been destroyed by "the rules based order" ie NATO countries.

The never ending propaganda and founding myth of Israel has been central to how the European population viewed the area. In The US there is the additional prism of evangelical mythology. In 1967 Moshe Dayan would have been elected US president if circumstances allowed, today in the west the good will towards Israel has largely evaporated bar the ruling elites and people not really that interested. Beyond the west Israel is viewed negatively by the vast majority of the world not because the majority are Jewish but because of their behaviour. It's pure colonialism.

The old analogy is allowing someone to share a table with your family and they then force you to leave because their friends are coming.

Palestine in the form of the PLO recognised Israel no talk of ethnic cleansing Israel didn't like that and set out to destroy the PLO which they have more or less succeeded in doing. They funded and supported HAMAS and ignored the Oslo agreements to undermine the PA. Now they are arming an Islamic state linked criminal gang. The historic recognition of Israel happened on the Palestinian side but Israel is lacking. The difference is that Israel is not interested because they are armed, funded and protected by the USA like a good puppet regime.

A closer look would lead to an even bleaker picture than the one I described. I can't see any legitimate reason for state sponsored land theft or the denial of building permits. Israel has two cards, the security card and their ace,American backing. This means they can and do as they want because of western guilt/colonial attitudes and the massive corruption of the Arab world. Arab states that haven't been bought off have been destroyed. It's a lesson in raw power with zero morality, legality or any other sweet words the so called west like to use.

A negotiated settlement that is one sided just continues the current cycle. Israel wants the land without the people. If they want peace they have to recognise and attempt to correct the wrongs done to the indigenous people they won't because Zionism is a colonial project, Palestinians don't count.

What I describe is the reality. A cursory glance at the West Bank illustrates this perfectly. Something as basic as building permits or property rights is skewed massively in favour of the colonists. There is no conjecture just an accurate description. When you have two sets of laws for two sets of people in the same place alarm bells should be ringing. Both sets of laws are policed by the colonists. I have yet to see an instance that proves my description wrong. Apartheid is an accurate description of the situation that has nothing to do with left, right or centre or indeed antisemitism. It's not antisemitic to oppose land appropriation.

If it were a useful article it would include some insights other than repeating the propaganda that we already know.

Israel doesnt want to make peace it wants to dominate like all expansionist states. there is no possibility that refugees and their descendants can return to their homeland. These people were not compensated. Land theft is continuing as is the appropriation of Palestinian culture. The PLO recognised Israel decades ago yet Israel refuses to deal with Palestinians as an equal people. Now you have convicted terrorists in Israel's government who along with their so called "moderates" are calling for ethnic cleansing and destruction. The huge influx of former CCCP citizens is often blamed for this march to overt fascism but in fact that particular voter base is the colonised west bank populated by Americans.

I agree that self determination for Palestinians would be beneficial for them but Israel wont allow that. They prefer to run an apartheid system when not engaged in genocide.
