Parents that introduce a drug to under aged children (for a treat as you so innocently tried to make it sound) make them comfortable with consuming it.

A child made comfortable consuming a drug that could cost them their lives is wrong.
By the time they reach 21 years old they have much better judgment then they do at 14.

No child should be given any kind of drug even as bad as the water quality is in Poland.
In this day and age there are very good water purifiers to make lemonade and juices.
18 is the common sense age to allow alcohol for young adults.

I said the same thing to my neighbor about his dog that barked all day and night and just wouldn't shut the F - up.

I think it just like hearing himself bark.
Realizing it was such an obnoxious annoyance to the neighborhood he finally put it out of it's misery understanding that the dog was very disturbed with emotional problems that couldn't be corrected.
