Have skirts or kilts ever been important for men to wear in Polands past?

Im trying to convince a Polish friend that skirts/kilts are masculine and I want to use an example from his own country.

Maybe the OP is thinking of żupan, which in some pictures resembles a skirt (which it isn't of course)?

Maybe the OP is thinking of żupan,

Or kaftan which also resembled a skirt at the bottom.
Check the shorter warrior - he is wearing a belted kaftan.

i know Lots of men that wore kilts even in a gym i saw a couple wear a greyish pink 1
Edit (my ojciec actually DOES Have a kilt in the attic and wore it to his birthday ones)
