Bibliography about Witold Adeszko

Hello, I want to know:is the two person who described on the invidual web link are same one?

I took a look at the first link. It's a bit confusing! But anyway when I click on the Polish flag I see details for a Witold Adeszko who wrote a piece of music called 'Kocie Oczy' (Cat's Eyes) which seems to have been a Polka dance. It was published in Chicago in 1920 and the gravestone shows dates of 1890-1956 with Chicago as place of death so it seems that it may be the same person. If he was a local musician you may find references to him if you try searching newspaper archives for Chicago in that period when he was active. You might even find his death notice. That would help you to confirm if they're the same man.

Update: I found his death notice and there is plenty of family information there. If you're a relative it should interest you. :

It appears to be the same man. He was a member of the Polish Musicians Alliance of America
