On Tuesday, in many Biedronka chain stores, you could buy a bottle of original whiskey for less than two PLN. Due to an error at self-service checkouts, customers bought alcohol cheap as dirt. According to media reports, some customers bought several or even a dozen bottles at once. Some also took advantage of the opportunity to buy online, because there was also an incorrect price there.
