Black pudding & kaszanka

My fave style to cook black pudding aka kaszanka: fried with corn and onion tomato salad.

Not necessarily. Well-fried, made from good ingredients, kaszana is edible.

I only eat it for groats content which is my fave. I disregard that blood and liver chunks.

Do you never eat Scottiosh haggis?? I thoguhgt you are a patriot of your cvountry whose impriotant part is Scotalnsd.

Kaszanka, like all blood sausage, goes very well with chilli salsa or even on nachos with a load of chilli
