Fall? crash? when? 2011, 2012, 2050? Its a simple questiion, how come you and Milky find it impossible to answer?.

not sure of the exact date but it will begin around 3pm.

There's no sign of a crash coming in Poland - prices are stable in the big cities.

The market is stagnant and prices are going down everywhere since 2007. Stable prices lol, there's a world recession.

Continuing falling prices constitutes a crash, so its new.

EXACTLY!! so people have to understand that the logical thing to do, is to refuse to pay the prices; give the finger to all the shype from the hawks in real estate pûrn.And RENT an apartment until sanity returns.

I could spend that amount in just one weekend!

you can get three time this on the dole in Ireland. Point is, people survive on 1386 zloty in Poland.

There is a huge black market in every country. The point is, that in Poland the average salary is tiny in comparison to the costs of living, petrol,rent, mortgages etc.. I guess this is why Britain and Ireland etc are flooded with qualified Polish workers willing to work in any area. If there was a strong black market, it would be otherwise and people would not be getting 50 year mortgages.

the fact that it was significantly funded, by the billions of euros earned by Poles in the West.

At least what I build will actually, phisically, exist and is a "tangible asset", unlike shares

If you are bankrupt/repossessed you won't have any say in the matter, will you? In any case you sell at a price that someone is willing to pay and the market decides what that is.

Good point. Look at all the people from the West who bought property in Hungary in 2005-07, they would be delighted to get back what they paid.

Plenty of supply and demand, except 'demand' is for prices based on Polish wages. Thats why the market is 'stagnant' and the gamblers who didn't sell before 2008 are sh1tting in their pance; and trolling website, looking to convince (Polish)fools, with savings from the West, that Poland is a special case and 'unlike', the rest of the world.

you must be pretty wet behind the ears if you carn't work it out..you don't have to be boy genius to work it out that things are bad in europe at the moment. Poland will not be buffered from the economic downturn.. or are you suggesting that there is gold in polish soil. Lets not kid ourselves that a lot of people who purchased properties in the last couple of years have had there fingers burnt.
