I know because of enquiries. The case of Rüdiger Jung is a good example. He has been put into Psychiatrie, the BGH (highest court in Germany) has written that the judification to put him into Psychiatrie would be wrong, but he should stay in Psychiatrie furthermore because it would be possible that they would find reasons for that in future.
