Are you doing this for comedy or do you really call gay people homos and wierdos?

You would be shocked of UK. In my previous job I walkied in on my 2 gay managers kissing. <smily showing a shocked person> I miss the smilies

If you want to know what Poles think about It, you may just ask them, except tiny minority of homo themselves, marxists and other weiridos, vast majority is more or less against.

Depends what level of education base you speak from and to, I teach in a University part time in Lublin and I have rarely heard of such homophobic views as yourself. Still the world is full of different views and takes on life and your views should be respected as long as they are not preaching. :)

Some hate It, others simply don't like...

Ask them.

Ask them.

My lessons are based on a conversation method and I have asked them, otherwise I would not have posted my observations.

Ukpolska has already said it: apparently, nothing you claim to be true

The overall agreement was that gay couples should not be allowed to adopt children, but as to gay issues themselves, they were extremely tolerant and said that no one had a right to tell another person not to love another, regardless of sexual orientation, colour, or race.

You didnt post your observations. You said that you havent heard such views. That doesnt imply that you have asked people the question. I work in a school in Poland as well and although I dont share grzegorz's views on how to talk about gay people, I havent heard one posititve comment about gay people.

They should do the opposite. They should bombard people with gayisim and gay imagery so that people will become sick of it.

I have nothing against homosexuals but I hate the way its fashionable to be gay in modern western society. Idiotic programs like 'Will & Grace' - exterminate.

I hate people who allow their race or sexuality to define them, its pathetic.

Personally I couldn't give a fukking toss if your straight as an arrow or gay as christmas, you can make love to sheep for all I care, it doesn't particularily matter to me as long as your not being obnoxious and in my face about your sexuality.

I am a hetrosexual, I don't feel like I need to have group hugs or alter the way I dress or conduct myself as a result. Its me, its natural, its part of who I am.

I respect gay people who can do the same.

I beg your pardon. We are not weirdos. We are in the struggle for equality. Out of curiousity Grzegorz, if Poland is intolerant, why did they join the EU knowing that they are tolerant of homosexuals, immigrants and other decent human beings.

But I am also extremly tolerant, unless some idiots want to "parade" in public places wearing women clothes and do other similar things.

if Poland is intolerant

The point is that Poland is very tolerant.

I hate people who allow their race or sexuality to define them, its pathetic.

Exactly.

Na, just wondered how you find teaching, to tell you the truth after 7 years of it now its getting a bit of bind, and I think I'm going to give it up and concentrate on other things like my proofreading business.

Well it can be a bit tiresome already, I have always viewed work as a way to provide money to enjoy the hours that arent spent working. So as long as things arent too bad I will stick at something because I know I get a greater sense of enjoyment coming home and seeing my girl and one day children.

Down near Lublin, southeast of Poland. I've lived here for 2 years now, before that I lived in Lublin for 5 years but I must admit it’s better here to bring up my daughter who is 5 now. Better schools and smaller community. Some Poles refer to it as Poland “B” lol, as it’s a poorer part of Poland.
