Hope to be moving to krakow soon and would like to drive there. can anyone tell me more or less how much it is to finance a car monthly ? I cant afford to buy one so I am hoping to be able to get a finance deal through the garage etc. Something in or around 20,000 pln

A finance deal will be very very difficult for you if you don't have a verifiable history here - think about how difficult it would be for a Polish person to get a finance deal in the UK after having stepped off the plane, then add in some extra difficulty and you might have the idea.

Bearing in mind that you'll be earning no more than about 2500zl that's verifable, I cannot for the life of me see a Polish finance company taking the risk - particularly as you won't be employed under a permanent contract.

But why not just get a cheap car? You can buy something ok for 2500zl, 1000zl-ish for insurance and you're sorted :)

Thanks a lot for the advice, makes sense. Reckon Ill just buy a second hand car that will hopefuly get me around for a while. Later when I build up a better credit rating etc I might move up. Or I might even go green and get myself a bicycle :D

if u want to lease, u need a PL registered company, depending who it is with, BreBank(eg)existing for 6-12 months, and trading in that same time. Been there, checked it out. bought it straight out.
