i know its a short for 'something' in English, not a clue what it means in Polish, i've never heard about it. what's the context of it, can you please quote the whole sentence where it appears?

It depends on how he reacts to different things. For example, my suggestion of naming him after the big hairy man-creature species out of Star Wars, may not be the best nickname, but you never know...

This forum is great...im polish and have an english bf and i call him misiu and say many things to him in polish even though he doesnt understand but he tries to figure it out. I think misiu is one of the best names. BUt thanks to all for the help keep them coming ;)
