Life / Thinking of moving to poland to be with my girlfriend [30]

Well I moved here 6 months ago with my fiancee, and it does get difficult at times with the different culture, as for work well I am fourtunate that I work overseas on a month on month off roata, do not think I could ever get used to the life style over here if I did not have the type of money I am normaly earning.

But give it ago at least if you try and fail you will not live with the regret of not giving it your best shot

Life / Thinking of moving to poland to be with my girlfriend [30]

Michal I think you picked me up wrong I love living in Poland the people (Majority) are excellent the country side you can not fault, its just that Poland is a young country as freedom is concerend 1980. I just think it will take another 10-20 years to get upto the Uk standard of living and wages, having said this the people here are far better (Majority) than I have found living any where else that traveled too in the world and believe me I have been fourtunate to travel to many many places in this small world.

I am a big fan of Poland and its culture

Love / Symbol of polish of love to surprise my fiance [26]

Well for me I have done/do the Roses I have done/do the diamonds but works the most is if I actually put effort into a meal or buy and arrange a special day or if this fails book a romantic week/weekend to a Capital city, the cheapest way is to arrange a pick nick but this is not the ideal weather just now ;)

Life / Shopping in Tri-City [46]

Newton I know where you are coming from, went shopping at the Baltic gallery last week and did not think the quality of gear was that good.

My idea is to take a cheap flight (Easy Jet or Wizzair) to either Edinburgh or London in January and hit the Sales the quality and choice will be better and money you will save in the sales will cover the flights and accommodation

Love / The number of men seeking a Polish woman [85]

Women are better at communicating in the real world; where as men no matter how they act are pretty s..t at actually talking to women in every day life

So forums are when men can talk and still act cool, when really if you cant get a girl to date with out the Internet they must have either a busy life of a sad life?

As for the forum for dating!

Should this not be for other web-sites and keep this one for helping each other and not for getting a date.

Real Estate / I am English, 40, want to sell my home and move to Poland [17]

My advise would be to move to Poland but only part-time for a start I am sure you could work in london and fly to a new home in Poland at the weekends this way it gives you time to adjust.

I moved to Poland (Gdansk) about a year ago and so far so good
