Real Estate / Is it normal that property companies ask you for a payment for services? [9]

Plus on top of that they want a caution as high as the rent, and what if you decide to move after a few months, u have to pay them again when there is an agency involved?

Normally on your contract, if you move out after couple of months, they will take the deposit, plus they would be within rights to charge you the full years rent. I had this situation with my previous landlord. After six months i decided to move on as i thought the rent was to high, plus bills were huge! I gave him 1 month noticed, and he said it was fine, and he would give me back deposit when new tennants moved in. Guess what, after i moved out i got a phone call from his agent asking for full years rent and my deposit wouldnt be given back to me. Plus the cheeky bugger used the phone and sent a bill to me for 600pln in 1 month.

Best thing is to avoid agents, and if you have to use them. Get contracts which are water tight, and have an escape clause!!

gumtree.pl

also beware, alot of agents use this site and make the ad's look like normal ones;)

News / What if Russia decide to liberate Scottland from England? Polish position [152]

officer would naturally lead the squad, based on rank.

My god father was also killed by an IRA sniper. While the 1st RTR caried out peace keeping operations in Derry.

He also beat some IRA sympathisers

Now we get to the truth of it. Noimmi's gay feck buddy has arrived...hahaha

Now 1 more question...should soldiers wounded in battle be treated??

To be honest Torny, they were organised quite well, talk to any vet of that war, and they will tell you it wasn't an easy fight.

The Argies had one problem, Naval war, once there supply was cut of, it made it impossible to continue. It's the main reason why Britain used mostly navy forces.

He's told me story after story about his time he served in the LI. He says "officers" are NOTHING. Why is that might I ask? Do officers engage in battle?

and im guessing your dad is still alive.....why is that?

Again...do you have an original thought?

And one more thing, who trained your dad? a private?

Oh sh1t, the history channel....uhuh....u make sense now.

If you knew your sh1t properly, you would know that the Gurks had joined operations on the Argentine mainland well before the "surrender". And you really want us to believe that the Argentine army ran away cos of 1 bat? really? what age are you again?
