Love / Why me? (made an idiot of myself at the club - the tall Polish man was married:) [90]

i had to read it twice as i'm pissed and cryin

Only twice. Now you're just showing off. :)

If he bolts when you say what it is you really want, then he was always going to bolt.

<Prepare for platitude>

At least <here it comes> you didn't find out further down the line when more involved. Don't give up, we're not all ar*ses. Just sadly there seems to be more that are.

edit: See above. :)

Hello.

Is that the Dads To Go imporium?

What I need is a man who doesn't know me and is ready to settle down. Ability to function perfectly while on majority sleepless nights preferable. <furious pencil scribbling>

No, not for that reason. God, is that all you men think about?

[at that point the line went dead]

It's fine.

Fire as they bear.

Life / Divorce rates in Poland [26]

Enough marriages and you never need to buy a single toaster in your entire life. Just think, with a bit of work, you need never set foot into Argos. Ever. Now there is an incentive. :)

Love / Discussion about Polish Men's Tempers [103]

Ever heard about the boy that cried wolf?

You decided to tell us you were being hit etc. We all poured out our collective indignation, massaged your ego and said don't go back with him, he'll do it again.

You did your own thing anyway.

He's hit you again.

Now you say you want to leave but also you don't as he's decent blah blah

Fine.

Good luck to you.

Love / Discussion about Polish Men's Tempers [103]

i cant and wont find a good guy here

i know there is someone in the USA

im with him for the wrong reasons

thats why im with him.

forget the abuse, he is a decent guy.

So just to recap the salient points.

You are with him because he's a decent guy who hits you, but you don't want to be with him and really want to find someone else in america or on the polish forums, but you can't so you're staying with him instead.

Anyone else suddenly feel like they're on Trisha (Oprah for you of an american persuasion)

Hmm. Good luck, I have a feeling you'll need it.

Please don't spoil other peoples threads

Not wanting to spoil someone else's thread, but please don't give a bad impression to those first timers by creating a new thread and not adhering to the rules of grammar. Rules are rules after all.

people's threads. They're very possessive so I hear.

No that's not her skin, for once. She's just moved to Cumbria, near to Seascale I think. Wish you were here. Not half.
