Insufficient protection from some of the golfers that play there. Once had a narrow escape from a ball that was TWO fairways away from where it should have been!

You might also try property in Saska Kępa. It's a nice neighbourhood, and there's a 9 hole course 10 minutes away.

there's also a new 18 hole course lisiapolana.pl located about a 40 min drive from the centre of Warsaw.

That new course is being very heavily promoted. The really good players tend to go to the course at Jabłonna, near Legionowo. Property is quite cheap round there.

You mean 'Wilanow Driving Range' , there's a big difference between a driving range and a golf course.
