ive snapped up a courtyarded mews... currently 6 appartments and a retail unit plus garages and additional buildings to convert... 5 mins from the station... 5 mins to the central square... 2 mins to a large school and opposite the site for the new centrum handlowy... location location location

apartments vary in size from 35 sqm upwards plus 2 attics to convert... all with different levels of renovation needs...

i will be renovating the external areas of the property over the next couple of months... curb appeal... and then either flog off apartments for other people to renovate or do them myself... some friends have already expressed an interest in purchasing now then commissioning me to supervise the renovation for them...

... if others are interested i am happy to talk...

simon mate... having had my heart broken on more than one occassion i truely feel for you... unfortunately i have the EQ of a pigeon so can offer you very little in the way of solace or advice... and from experience i imagine that your emotions are probably running you at the moment so anything i do say is unlikely to be what you want to hear... :)

quite a few language schools in the tri city - bell and english unlimited being perhaps the larger... but theres also berlitz, profi-lingua, etc etc

daves cafe has a polish forum that is probably worth checking theres a gdansk thread atm... if you search thru previous threads you will also fink links to lists of polish language schools

there are different areas in different cities that are all similar in price - the most expensive i have seen in the tri city is 17K PLN psm in sopot but krakow old town and parts of warszawa will be similar... you can also find properties on the hel penninsular at the top end of the spectrum...

its the fat in dairy products that increases risk rather than dairy products per se

high fat diets, loads of red meat and not enough fruit and veg - an unwise diet all round...
