Love / How Many Dates Before Sex in Poland? [86]

In Chicago it is about 3-4 dates before you go all the way. What about Poland?

How long is a piece of string?

Also is it common to kiss on the first date?

? Have a look at your question and have a re-think...

Law / Child Support Payment in Poland [47]

what would happen to UK healthcare system because British doctors are going to Canada,USA etc?

Well from that comment you have no idea why they are going....but now the new systems are in place we will have many many more doctors who are not from India...bye bye :))

Also did you know that there are more disciplinarily actions again these doctors than any others, they can't spell they cannot communicate, they are a PROBLEM!

all the qualifying doctors from universities in England will be able to get jobs here rather than going overseas and you won't have to take a translator with you when attending outpatient appointments

True :)

What would happen if the eastern european doctors should go back home because of change in standard of living in Poland, Czech etc?

Well by the time most of that has happened they will be settled here and i don't see Poland and Czech rep paying a comparable salary in the next few years or offering the same kind of training programms they do in the UK. BYE BYE!

The same is here. They're now using "Rossiajnin" termin for the citizens, whereas I prefer to go by "Russky".

LOL..Russky it is then :)

without them UK health care system would be in peril....

Nah, plenty of good Polish doctors and and nurses coming over, also, you did know that the rules have changed somewhat regarding those coming here for training...it's bye bye after they finish, we dont need you anymore!

You wanna be called "English"! You have lost it woman!

I'm English! A small village in the North West holds a family name and I can trace my family tree back slightly further than them getting off a boat in the 1940's!

If first then his reasoning about other immigrants in the UK (especially of a female gender) sounds hilarious.

He maintains he's British, but to be honest Sasha a lot of people in the UK instist that they are "British" this is the reason I prefer to be called "English" it kind of sets up apart!

:@)

Love / What is an acceptable dating age range in Poland? [51]

Maybe he is, but a guy who looks good for his age with a young attractive women isn't really going to attract any attention - an old crusty looking bloke might.

but I don't think it's true. I look about 30-32.

Good for you chick, age is but a number :)

Law / Child Support Payment in Poland [47]

I asked a simple question on Child Support Payment in Poland. I wanna know how much would be reasonable to pay per month.

how long is a piece of string, how much do you earn how much does she earn what are her circumstances, why do you expect to get answers from here and especially now you have been so rude and disrespectful about Polish women...And as for your nationality, you may have a British passport, but you most certainly are not British born, so go back to wherever you came from and stop insulting women! Get a solicitor like most normal people would!

Please, you didn't understand the content of that post or what is the meaning of contract as in a marriage.

You banged on about Polish women being prostitutes and marrying for a couple of thousand pounds....what was not to understand, you made it so clear!

You need more english classes. Seriously, you need to improve your english language comprehension and understanding skills....

Arrhh, Nice deflection Abdul! But my written skills are just find and dandy! You on the other hand could definately do with some help.

Please i really wanna know

I didn't write anything about Polish women that are not true

Liar, you wrote (on another thread) that Polish women are prostitues who will sell themselves for a 2/3K for anyone who wants a Polish passport.

I am not from Pakistan. I

The way you write says otherwise...

On the dark side, there are also some Polish prostitutes and Gold Diggers in UK and Ireland!

What! you think only Polish women act this way!!! pff!

I am from UK and resides in England

You mean you "reside", you see your constant use of plurals tells me a different story...

UK, Ireland / Tell me whats the best way to integrate in england [26]

I am from there and it is very industrial, and i used to work in recruitment and if you turn up and time for work you will always get a job

Wrong, the agencies are struggling terribly at the moment.

In manchester there are a few polish communities now, but just be streetwise. If your walking late at night don't speak so loud in polish on your phone, there are too many idiots looking for easy targets.

Anyone walking in certain areas of Manchester is a target regardless of their nationality, it's becoming a right s-hole in the City Centre and I for one wont walk there after dark, I just wouldn't recommend anyone coming to M/c these days.

UK, Ireland / Tell me whats the best way to integrate in england [26]

London-Bristol-Brimingham

London and Bristol are two of the most expensive cities in the UK, Birmingham isn't a particularly nice city, have a re-think.

but whats is so special on pubs?

The English love to socialise down the pub so it's a good way to meet lots of different types of people, there are other places too but in a pub you will more than likely find people your own age.

you are looking to improve your english and meet people then you could do a lot worse than get a job in a bar to begin with.

Definately a good idea, but he will need a pretty good standard of English to work behind a bar and those jobs won't be that easy to find at this time of year since all the students are on summer hols and also looking for jobs.

Other than that be careful not to surround yourself with only polish friends and i'm sure you'll get along fine

Best peice of advice, whilst it's comfortable and familiar to be around people who speak the same language, it doesn't help you to develop your English.

Good luck :)

History / Pope John Paul II tried to prevent that Polish politics batray Serbians?! [22]

Yawn........

Seconded.

Actually Crow the Pope was dsgusted with the ethnic cleansing that Serbs carried out.

Acknowledging that the evidence he has received on the situation in Yugoslavia has caused him "profound distress," the Pope said he was "comforted" to know that Patriarch Alexei has gone to visit Patriarch Pvle of Belgrade, and the Serbian Church, a visit whose objective was to "announce the Easter message of peace and express Christian solidarity to all the victims of the persecutions and violence, which unfortunately have characterised this region for so long."

Travel / The decline of Krakow due to British drunks and What to see in Krakow? [52]

I am happy when some people ask me in Krakow where to go (they mean tity bars) I actually have no idea.

I didn't notice anything like that, and to be completey honest I dont see it happening in Poland for one the Church would have a lot say about it...or maybe I am completely wrong,

In Krakow on a Sunday around the square there are families milling about after coming out of church, it is a completely different atmosphere to any European city I have visited...It took me back to my childhood and how life was and how it should be.

Travel / The decline of Krakow due to British drunks and What to see in Krakow? [52]

Or should I just let everyone beat up the Brits, hhhmmm possibly lay in a boot or two myself, lol

You could p*ss on them, that works for pan Doggie (master of the forum: ) ) But yeah... a sly kick is okay :)

I have to say I didn't really see that many Brits making themselves look like idiots when I was in Krakow (just some leery 30 odd year old scouser singing some rude song - personally i was more offened by the the pervy Italians), lets face it the presense of the security and the Police helps and I dont imagine for one moment they would spare the boot if someone was causing trouble...

Everyone goes on about Prauge but the main thing I noticed change over the years (I have been visiting for quite some years) is the titty bars that opened and the crapy shops that replaced the nice ones, they just changed to cater for a certain class of people, but that is easily avoided, I eat and drink on the Castle side..Same can be done in Krakow there are plenty of lovely places to eat and drink without even having to meet an English person.

Those who shout loudest will be heard, they are not a true representation of the British tourist...

Im English Im not a yob and there are plenty like me who visit Krakow, I saw are few dickheads but they are in the minority.

Sean is right about visiting Aushcwitz, it is most certainly best to visit at the end of the holiday as it can make you feel rather sad. Visit the salt mines when you get there, they are worth going to see (personally I found the tour a bit long winded but it was quite amazing)

Visit the Jewish district, lots of lovely bars and places to eat and so much to do and see.

Krakow is a wonderful city there is no denying that and I can assure you that one visit will not satisfy you.

Life / The way of life of young Poles in Poland [8]

Scroty looking yougsters, could be from anywhere and one of them has an unfeasibly large head. That's what I see.

They do seem to be popular, dont think much of the scratchin at the end though.
