I will tell you my opinion.From what I have observed there are lots of desperate polish girls,I don't know why.These girls want to marry.Probably indian boys have reputation as easy to commit while English,Italians etc have the opposite reputation.

Yes,polish people do not have gypsy mentality.The latter is rampant in Balkans.Maybe in Poland there have not been many gypsies,I don't know.Even facially there is no gypsy mix.
