UK, Ireland / The Changing Face of Scotland - we need more immigrants! [178]

That would leave 20%.

And those will be people, who really want to live there unlike those, who just came to make some cash, so I doubt that in this case there will be problems with integration.

the next Buddha

Bubba ? What the hell... ?

it is the people immigrate and settle.

And how many Poles "immigrate and settle" ? If PLN/GDP exchange rate is going to change in the same direction then you will see 80% of them going out within next few years.

I don't understand the whole "integration" issue, I really have more understanding even for "they steal our jobs" idiots. In next year we will start importing Chinese workers to build roads, stadiums and other things in Poland and I don't give a damn If they will be trying to "integrate" with us. Do your job well, that's all I want from them.

or attempts to intergrate into a local way of life.

OK so let's say that in a few moths I will go to Scotland, find a job, sign a year long contract and... why the hell would I want "to intergrate into a local way of life" ? To wear a skirt ?

History / WW2: Britain Declares War on Germany to Save Poland [290]

and discuss history not as some form of my countries better than/more hard done by, than yours.....

But that's exactly what you do. Besides you play a smart ass but you don't really understand many things. It's not that nazis in case of Poles had some completely illogical determination to exterminate the nation no matter what (like in case of Jews). They simply saw Poles as a force, which was standing on their way and that was the reason. And without "alliance" with France and UK It could be possible that Poles wouldn't have stood on their way as Polish governmant obviously knew that Poland had no chance fighting Germans alone.

History / WW2: Britain Declares War on Germany to Save Poland [290]

Er,OK,lets look at this way, hypotheticaly;GB and France leave Poland to Hitler, both countries say,"stuff it,why waste our boys lives for those guys the other side of europe who ,actually, have never done anything for us in the past(blah blah, stopping communism in 1921......) and are in no position to do anything for us now". "We" let hitler invade without declaring war,no change, the panzers still roll east

Not really. You are forgetting that If one thing had been changed in the past then the future would have been much different. In late 30's Polish government was in fact showing the middle finger to Adolf. They wouldn't have done that If had known that they have no allies.

News / Poland adopting the Euro, but when? [65]

Do you think its a good idea or do you guys prefer the Złoty more.

There are pluses and minuses...

but when?

There are limits on public debt and inflation... The 2nd one can be a problem, very high prices of oil, growing prices of food etc. makes inflation higher - in "new Europe" more than in old EU. Inflation in Baltic states is something like 10%, in Poland, which in last years had very low inflation It's now almost 3%, next year probably close to 4%...

They aren't even in the E.U,

They are. Norway isn't.

UK, Ireland / 13,000 Polish births this year, in the UK [180]

Mugli, what's your problem ? If UK opened the labor market for citizens of your country, so many of them would come that the whole thing would probably sink.

News / A Pole to start the HIV AIDS epidemic? [52]

The Poles always try to prove everything from figures and this proves nothing at all.

This proves again and again that you are a clown.

He welcomes you and then as soon as he discovers you have a bad word to say about Poland thats it.

It's not really about "bad word to say about Poland". When I see a f. retard, unlike most other people I simply can't resist to tell him what he is.

News / Darwins theory of Evolution in Polish schools [59]

Darwinism was accepted by the official teaching of the Catholic Church, so even most of very conservative people here don't reject Darwinism. It's rather a thing of Protestant fundamentalists in USA.
