Real Estate / Real estate in poland - how an average Pole can afford such prices? [78]

I agree with Wujek.
Use an real estate agent, someone who knows the business and laws, an agent who is reputable.
Do not worry about 3% commission. A good agent will protect you from being cheated, from financial ruins.
I never bought real estate in Poland, did many times in US.
I am knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Occasionally, I am amazed by the chicanery that occurs in real estate. In US, real estate is "highly regulated" business.

Word of advice. When you do find a property that you want to buy, inquire what is included and what is not included in the sale, record/film every property feature/item that is included in the sale with a camera. Put it in writing.

Last house I bought, about 3 years ago, fuc..... agent strip the property of its landscape.

I know that England has very good educational system.
England has made great contributions to the world.
Poles like the British. I like the British.

don't have anything against you too but i don't care if you care or you don't.i just express my opinion on that subject.american embassies make a great bussiness in poland and are supported by their government.treating people like a cattle doesn't match to the words said by your officals about"special relationship between 2 nations". i feel sorry for this people in waiting in a few kilometres queue,but it is their choice.i am not in it

A few kilometers queues are not visible in Poland only. I saw queues in front of American Embassies in Ecuador, China, etc.

As far as "special relationship between 2 nations" is concerned, Poland is not very special or important nation to the US. My impression, US treats Poland like a bustard child. :)

Many Poles want to come to US. I understand that.
However, Poles have failed to see numerous opportunities unfolding in Poland, in EU member countries and countries that will became EU members.

My boyfriend lived in the US for a year but now lives back home in Poland and I am considering living in Poland just to be with him. But the problem is what job would I get when I don't know the language. Also that I would like to go to college there. I am planning to visit there for 2 months then make my decision. Are there many Americans in Poland?

Stay in US, if you want to have a future.

I like tripe. I remember when I was a kid, living in Poland, my father use to take to a restaurant for tripe, “flaczki” in Polish. Prepared correctly, tripe is delicious. Prepared incorrectly, tripe smell like cow manure.

You will find tripe on the menu in Mexican restaurants. Mexicans call tripe "monudo". I live in Arizona, large Mexican population, and menudo is offered in many Mexican restaurants. I am sure, that other ethnic groups eat tripe also.
