I rather like the Jelenia gora area , very pretty...if i moved from where i am now i think this would be where i headed for , mountains and lakes , beautifull scenery , and not yet spoilt by overdeveloping.....

Wildrover lives in the vicinity of it,

Drawski national park is a natural landscape of lakes and forests....Fell so much in love with the place i bought the farm just because of where it was....made the decision before i had even looked in the house......

Ha..not true...i shall be checking all those companies you mentioned Miranda , but i have a feeling there isn,t going to be a direct route to Latvia , only via Sweden , and i so hate to begin a journey by setting off in the opposite direction....

Really...? i wish i had you around when i was making all the plans to drive from UK to Belarus and Russia...it was a pain.....but i will let you know when the trip to Siberia comes off....you can plan it for me......

Hi there....I am an Englishman living in Poland...if there is anything i can help you with just ask....I have been living here a few years now , so can tell you all about the good the bad and the ugly....I have no intention of returning to the UK , so i guess that tells you i don,t regret moving here....

No its nothing that will upset anybody , its basically a road movie , about somebody travelling to Poland for the first time , and all the people they stay with and meet on the way , including me.....

For the first time in my life i have just met some Jewish people...they stayed at my farm for a few days whilst filming for a movie to be shown in both Polish and Israeli cinema...I have to say that Keren and Adi were the nicest people i have met in a long time , and i was happy to have them stay with me...They did say that they did expect some hostility from some Poles , and they asked me not to tell any people we met that they were from Israel...They didn,t blame people for this hostility , rather they expected it as a result of Israels actions in the middle east...I can,t speak for all Jewish people , as i met only two , but as i say they were very nice people...Incidentally , look out for the film when its released later next year , especially look out for the English guy on the Harley.....its me....

I remember going into a shop in the UK for a packet of Marlboro fags , my first visit back to the UK for a while from my home in Polska....I gave the woman a fiver , held out my hand for the change....She held out her hand for more money...couldn,t believe the price...wish i had stuffed my car with Polish fags......For our American friends , fags are ciggarettes not gay people....

L&M Lights have just gone up from 6.50 to 8.05 zloty.

its not going to stop anyone smoking , the same with petrol , people will pay almost any price for their addiction , it won,t stop me smoking , just have to buy less food....

MOT.....??? Yes i am on UK plates , but don,t bother with the mot nonsense....The Police here only want to see your licence passport and log book if they stop you....buggered if i am going back to UK every year just for an mot....
