I only have a residence card no work permit so Residence card is ok for me I can work with that I dont need work permit so work permit and residence card is the same bolocks !!!!! once you have a residence card you can work many jobs you want !!!!!

and him having a kid here would be able to apply for a residence card and work in many jobs as he want now that are the fact go back to teach English would you !!!

But the authorities here are generally willing to let people work without a work permit as long as that person has actually applied for a work permit and is getting that work permit processed

yes but the companies are not
and 8 weeks is a long time to wait for without working

Yes you can get a visa but will take few months until you have a work permit residence card that entitle you to work .

after this process what will take a while only then you can work!

IT skills is not a must we can teach you that on basis that you will use .
Krakow is no good we are in Warsaw so you must live here .
Are you an EU passport holder ?
do speak those lingo as mother tongue level are you native ?

hey ducth boy how are you ? yes mate best deal is buying the 3 month card valid for all the network you can buy at any time of the month and expire at the day you boght 3 monthes later . I do but the 1 month one for 66 PLN and top up everymonth .
