Mind, you, they are still pretty cheap. You can take out loans and you do not have to pay anything back until you start to earn over a certain amount. When you reach fifty, the loans are all wiped out anyway.

I was always against British membership of the Common Market, as it was all those years ago because I could see the future when the Russian soldiers would return to their homeland after their magnificiant work freeing eastern Europe in 1945.
