Yes,there was SS division Viking consisting of norwegian and swedish soldiers which was one of the best SS units and fought till the end in the battle of Berlin protecting the Reichstag.Quinsling is known.
Swedish governement let the Germans pass ammunition in great quantities to Finland and sweidsh companies provided Wehrmacht with lots of steel and other tank parts,so Sweden became rich during WW2.
Even US companies like General Motors kept factories in Germany producing weapons for Wehrmacht.These factories were bombed by USAF and General Motors claimed reparations.
The nations which fought against axis most phanatically were the Poles,the Russians and the Serbs.The Serbs caused the death of over 200000 Germans and Germans still remember that.

There was no King Tiger in Kursk because battle of Kursk happened in 1943 and King Tiger enetered service in german forces in 1944.
However T-34 was inferior to Tiger 1 but it was much cheaper thus able to be produced in much higher quantities which was the decisive factor.I mean it was better to have 5 T-34s in the front than just one Tiger 1.

In my opinion the Germans lost in Stalingrad because the Russians were too hard.They had also more heavy weapons and PPSh41 was superior to the german MP40 giving advantage to Soviets in short distance battles where what mattered was the quantity of gun power.
Most of all I think the Germans were impressed that Russians were so touch,Wehrmacht soldiers and SS considered themselves the touchest in the world but russian touchness was of different kind,it was too primitive for the Germans to understand its radicality.Simply the Soviets came in hordes to eat the Germans alive and they had no respect for human life either for their own.
And of course the communist commisars were behind each battalion to give a bullet in the head to those willing to surrender to enemy which meant that the soviet soldier had only one choice.

And the nuclear program of USA was known to Stalin to last detail due to soviet spies.US had only 3 atomic bombs till the end of 1945(two of them were thrown to Japan) and Stalin was aware of that.Nuclear bomb could play no role(Mc Arthur wanted to use it in the front to facilitate advance of troops not knowing the consequences the bomb would have on his soldiers).
