Don't let other people get in the way. It isn't their life, its yours and his, so live it your way. After time goes by and a relationship builds, initial differences aren't so noticeable....it's the human being that you love that is important. :)

Hmmm....maybe it's really not "the people" but only some in the government...

That's better! Noticing a Separation of "people" from their "government" is very astute!
Unless there was some kind of landslide election where 95% of voters chose one candidate (and how often does that happen)!

Nah, just mixing causes headache... Stuck to the Piwo last night, only 1, had to drive :-(

It will do me in everytime....don't know if it's the tannins or the sulfites. Plus, I can't keep a lovely buzz without working very hard at it. And I sober up before everyone has left for the night. :(

I think you have to understand that to many people in many countries, Germany is viewed as having a long consistent history of being agressive. It is in her nature. "Once burned, twice shy: is a normal reaction after you have been hit. Wouldn't you feel that way?

Language / Good books about polish grammar? (online purchase) [19]

I like how they send you little pens and bookmarks with their address on them along with the merchandise. Very homey...not many businesses that I know of still do things like that. Feels more personal :) I will order from them again.
