I think sometimes we do to much.. because it becomes a problem when they take
advantage instead of cherish.

in some cases taking advantage happens, in others, its more of miscommunication
or just mind wandering and not realizing that they could have given a little back..

wow krysia.. sorry to hear ... one of my friends at work her husband was cheating
and last week the chicks boyfriends that he was cheating with came bangin
on their door. he wanted to tell her what was going on, and did, so her
arsehole hubby says well. I want a divorce.. I love you but im not in love with you
and all kinds of mean things.. he was cruel. shes devastated.

yes thats shallow.. because people cant help where they were raised.. how they
were raised.. and accents can affect people when they stay in certain places long
enough, they tend to pick up from those around them.

yes, thats very evident. Poland can move forward. make their own decisions
without the threats.. there was never a time in history when the U.S. ever
threatened or tried to take over Poland for any reasons.. weve always been there.

And we made mistakes in the past.. but weve came thru with flying colors..
Russia is jealous of the relationship we have with Poland.. even if right now
our reputation isnt so great with the war..

it be nice to see a better relationship between all three countries..

I think Russia trys to manipulate and sway their leaders so they can have the
control over them like they do in their own country. if they cant have their way
they threaten.. especially poland.. and where the US is concerned,, the bitterness
Russia has is evident, any talks spark media feuds..

I dont have ancestry right now so I cant help you , anyone who does have it can
you please do a look up for him?

one thing to do also is while finding this.. you need to trace their information
here.. where you believe they might have immigrated to.. was it alabama?
or some other state? and follow the details of your grandparents..

what i mean by that is.. if it shows them born in another state.. then you would look
in that state if you were able to look at cencus records.. this gives detailed trail
of where they originally landed.

sometimes you get lucky and there will be a cousin who might have come to stay
with the family.. it will show them coming to your relatives in that city at that time.

I can only help you this way.. unless you have ancestry. or someone who might
be willing to do a look up. :)

Deb, how far back are you with your history?

first of all , dig out all old documents.. or if you dont have them, ask the family
member that does.. it gives you clues as to which direction to go.

the local church they attended..
the city records ( Birth, Marriage,Death).

on my grandfathers death cert it says Russian Polish. but his sisters said
the town name.

same with my grandmothers sister.

on ancestry you can get cencus, death dates, immigration, old papers , Obits,
WWI drafts.

Make sure the name is spelled correctly, if you suspect a change, ask family or
look for other spellings or off spellings... alot of times on the immigrations
you will see name mistakes..
