UK, Ireland / ARE BRITS MEANER AND LESS HOSPITABLE THAN POLES? [79]

when i was married and we used to have a bash my now ex brother in law was notorious for bringing cheap lager (as per sapphires bring a bottle). he would then drink the more expensive lager that i and others had bought/brought.

at the end of the night i would then give him back the tapwater strength tack that he had arrived with. thinking about it now he probably brought the same lager everytime. tight t**t.

UK, Ireland / Here comes the Anti-Immigration marches.... [114]

So why are people blaming the foreigners rather than blaming your governments policies

i don`t think most people are sean. the killinghome protest according to the union, was about british workers being excluded from applying for the jobs. no doubt some amongst the protesters do/will blame migrants.

the papers are stoking it and it`s quite ironic that the daily de-press and daily heil are actually siding (in a fashion) with a union organised protest.

UK, Ireland / (NO RASISM OR STEREOTYPING BTW) WHO IS POLISH IN THE UK AND ON BENEFITS? [46]

ihatepolish111

does the hate extend to other migrants as well?

also a question for you. should a british native who has never worked or paid NI or tax receive benefits, house etc? if so why?

and why should poles or whoever, having worked over here and having paid into the system not be entitled?

and welcome back to Polishforum's resident bunny boiler. Who are you chasing now, weirdo? explain please mr bubbles?

UK, Ireland / Something to take to Poland from UK to sell... [47]

the laptop i bought in the uk was around £150 more expensive in poland, which shocked me a little.so possibly some profit, even if it just pays for your trip (as long as you have a buyer) don`t forget fags as well (again limited amount)

it`s got nothing to do with anti immigration. it`s about using foreign contractors under the pretence of a skills shortage in the local area, when there is not a skills shortage.

brown mouthed off and now his words have returned to bite him on the arse.

UK, Ireland / Rise in race crimes linked to attacks on Poles [50]

a little more "clued-up" about the places they are moving too ?

very true, often where the housing is cheapest and even most decent locals would not like to live.

ignored by your authorites.

not at all the cops are really big on hate crime. anyway the link you have put up is at best a year old and the first one even older.

Tetley make bitters I think.

true but nobody (unless your really old ) asks for bitter. it`s either beer or lager. the only thing i have had in poland that you could call a beer (as in uk terms) is dog in the fog.

zywiec, piast, tyskie, okochim are lager. beer in the uk is such as stones, tetley, caffreys etc and (real ale) black sheep, old peculiar etc. im sure you know this anyway but if you asked for beer over here you would probably get beer and not lager.
