Train travel is fairly straight foward in Poland and some might even argue that its better than the UK's attempt at a functioning rail system. It's reasonably priced, reasonably clean and in my experience, punctual.

Mate, you can't go on like this. If being in the relationship is making an emotional wreck then things need to be confronted. You really need to value yourself more than this.

I posted a list of teenagers stabbed and killed in London this year. There aren't many English names on the list and even fewer responsible for the stabbings.

Knife crime has increased dramatically in the UK recently. Poles are one of the three ethinic groups that a high ranking police officer has identified as being responsible for this increase.

The message is clear
