I received a warning from the American embassy in Warsaw that I need to avoid tomorrow's demonstrations since the groups involved are violent. I usually get this kind of bulletin warning of pending Al-Qaida attacks on the Arabian Peninsula. What's going down?

Did you heed the warning? It is quite all right for you to crawl from under the rock or out of the hole you’ve been hiding all this time, the day is over now.

It means that things in Poland went out of USA, Anglo-Germanic and Israeli control. Situation becoming volatile

What you expected? From the moment when USA openly collaborated with Islamic league and mujaheedines in order to harm Slavs, USA (and co.) lost its credibility among Poles

Wow I see the ol' anti-American sentiment is alive and strong in Poland. I'm not surprised; I had many more problems in the eight years I lived in Poland than in the five I have been in Saudi Arabia.

Merged: What happened in Warsaw on Independence Day?

What happened in Warsaw on Independence Day?
What I read riots hit the street, violence broke out and a number of left-wing and anarchists tried to stop a march by far-right groups. 92 of the 202 arrested were German. Why did this go on? What do the Polish, in Poland think of this?

Marxists and anarchists have never been happy about Poland's independence. Nothing has changed. Thus a conflict.

The mistake they made this year is that they invited German hooligans, armed them, and didn't brief them that spitting on Polish Army uniforms is a no-no if you portray yourself as a "tolerant" bunch.

A father of one of the German neo-nazi, (antifa) hoodlooms arrested on Nowy Swiat has said that his son and his friends require now...psychological counseling after the traumatic stay at the police station. Touching, huh?

The "antifascist" hippies, travelers, homosexuals, etc. want to fight imaginary fascism with fascist methods, all in the name of tolerance. It backfired this year as will their future attempts to turn our national holiday into another rainbow, bongo fest.

Provocation with an active involvement of Polish gov.
In fact those so called riots were only a sideshow of the Independence March.

What happened in Warsaw on Independence Day?

Divide and rule technique used by the government against own society...

Since I attended the Independence March, I'll briefly say how it looked like from my perspective:

People were very high-spirited, and the whole March was a success. The shouting wasn't politically correct (but cmon, does it have to?), but showed how people feel towards their country and their government. About 20 thousand people marched peacefully putting aside the Police/Antifa provocations.

And still we're being called fascists / nazis / homophobic / xenophobic.

I completely agree riots were a provocation and I feel ashamed the Police participated in this. It feels like after quite short period of independance we're returning to PRL. And remember what government officials said? There's gonna be an amendment to the law on assemblies - which may lead to banning the march next year, and ultimately - every kind of protest (I guess the government is preparing for crisis).

"Antifa and police provocation" You mean by being there? Fascists (for lo, they were) attacked the anti-fascists and the police, as well as a left-wing shop and vegan cafe.

A collection of a load of videos and articles about what happened in Wrocław and Warsaw can be seen:

wroclawworkshops.blogspot.com/2011/11/on-fascist-violence-and-media.html
wroclawworkshops.blogspot.com/2011/11/on-anti-fascist-germans-in-poland-and.html
wroclawworkshops.blogspot.com/2011/11/it-was-unjust-from-start-on-fascist.htm

Note the words of Professor Andrzej Richard:

What the media said afterwards was a "falsification" of what happened. The "march of the patriots" was unjust from the start, in that it was organised by violent extremists. He also said that "Polish civil society were not developed enough to test just who was the organiser of the parade in Warsaw" and thus went with it, and was then surprised by the violence, which was "always going to happen, when one considers who organised the march".

Oh, and (see the "on fascist violence and media" link above) anarchists in Wrocław and Warsaw were very much supportive of the independence day. It's purely lies to speak otherwise.

If one thing could be said, it was that all manner of views were expressed. What the 'organiser' may have conveniently forgot was the reality of the internet. People catch wind of things with amazing alacrity and see their opportunity for voicing their piece. Whilst trespassing is not desirable, the governments reap what they sow. They want a large Polish presence then they have to roll with that. Democracy manifested itself, albeit in a slightly distasteful way.

Quite the opposite. Antifa is a German LIBERAL group and they were mad at the Nationalists.
The zionist liberal media loves to make a joke of anyone whos not Liberal.
Everyone has to play nicely by the book or ELSE.

Additionally there was Police offers (fighting for the globalist government) who were in normal clothes and they started the attack on the nationalists after they retialted against the retarded antifa.

Seanus I have talked with a Pole who was there. I still maintain contact with Poland because im probably gonna return because Canada pisses me off in a lot of ways (their US butt grabbing is disgusting and I dont want to be a part of a nation which bombs innocents).

There was hundreds of nationalists over there (not sure on the numbers).
Antifa travels to other countries and does this.
They were in Sweden before that and brought weapons with them.

Observe these videos.

The media portrays nationalists as if they are fascist Nazis from 1939.
Many of them are nonviolent and they want Poland for Poles. Thats it.

I said "talked to one Pole" (im in Canada). Look at those videos. Im willing to bet a lot of money these arent the only incidents. Even some Germans didnt like the fact this group antifa went there.

What business of theirs is it? Why are governments pro liberal and/or neocon (im talking idealogy not parties). Europe has changed with the EU. Nice new stores, buildings, transportation and money. Thats it. This wont last long. Open borders, gay marriages and parades, government handouts, more policing, less freedom of speech, loss of national identity... these are liberal and/or communistic ideas.

Europe is dying and somebody needs to do something. You cant win with violence because the cops are pro government (just about always), you cant win with words because the legal system is against you. Rich people are always "happy" as long as they have their filth amounts of cash regard. New comers (invaders as I like to call them) are destroying nations.

The real Pole or Brit or German are losing their homes. Most of USA is already lost.

you should use to it. It goes hand in hand with EU and NATO

It happens at football games too, of course. On a micro scale, that has nothing to do with the EU.

My Polish sisters and brothers consider yourself lucky. God loves you very much. Similar situation that existed in Europe prior to WWI, exists now and Serbian rebellion would save you Poles. We would soon defeat western European yoke over Slavs. Then, when truly independent, don`t cry but, use that independence wisely. Literally, you Poles would get yourself new pair of wings. Then fly. Fly high.

And don`t say that Racowie didn`t repay their debt to Poland. Never say that.

People, Poland is most beautiful country, of most beautiful people, in the world. Keep it that way!

So, Poles also don`t like EU. Good. We will create something much better then that.
