How about this: a relatively unknown twenty-seven-year-old female actor gets drunk at a party and comes on to a fifteen-year-old boy. She even lies on top of him. He tells her he doesn't want this and she immediately stops. He leaves without any problem or further attempt from her to seduce him. Thirty years later he pops up and attempts to destroy her career and life. How can that be right?

Seems that way, dolno. I've got a bloke coming this pm, but he said that even if he accepts the job, he can only squeeze us in at the end of December. There's been a pile of timber on the floor for months. The blokes who said they'd work just buggered off to Germany when a more lucrative offer came up. I can't say I blame them, but it's really unprofessional to say you'll do something and then don't. This has hapened to us half a dozen times.

I have been in close contact with young Polish people on an almost daily basis for the best part of twenty years, and I have seen the changes first hand. And before you accuse me of pushing atheism, I don't. I merely observe.

The UK dropped the punishment element years ago. I'm not being facetious, btw. The Home Office line is that deprivation of liberty is punishment enough. I don't recall the year but it was a philosophical sea change in policy.

As well as that, Poland pretty much shuts down at Christmas. I agree, Germany has beautiful Christmas markets, where you can buy well-made wooden tree decorations and toys. Save Gdansk for the summer.

I'm surprised that it's as high as that. Poland is changing rapidly, and as people become less terrified of bronze age deities and their priests they are escaping from miserable marriages in greater numbers.

I wish people took their marriage vows more seriously, whether made to their deity or to each other as rational adults. Having said that, I appreciate that people do change and grow apart. Call me old fashioned but I've thought highly of 'for better, for worse'.
