Well, if they are both in Poland and you are in another country, it could mean they are seeing each other in person behind your back. If you move to Poland after you marry, he could continue the affair, but, if the both of you are in a different country, not much chance of him carrying on the affair in person (he can still carry on in emails unless you confiscate the computer). He could always find someone else when he's with you. Sounds like the dude is a philanderer, so if you mind that, it would be a continuous strain on your relationship and source of stress for you.

I have never met the 'girlfriend' who lives in Poland, but having emailed me once stating to me that my fiance is "fond" of me, I felt that there was a hint of some sort of competition with me. I am very intuitive btw..

That would be disheartening, to find an email like that. You have to decide what you will put up with. It's about what you are comfortable with. If you don't mind having an "open" relationship, then it's okay to wink and turn the head. If this really bothers you, you must forbid the dude having any kind of correspondences like this in the future and if he does, dump him.

They were afraid of communism and the Russians. The entire cold war the nation was terrified of the Russians!
That MUST be why us Americanos gave millions if not billions of dollars to Haiti after the earthquake?
Were they really afraid of Philippines? Nicaragua? Chile? Colombia and so many others?

You misunderstand. I love America and wouldn't trade my country for any other one. USA is number 1 with me! Still, it isn't perfect, and sometimes it's funny to mock some of the stupidity one sees and hears. Still, it's way better than any other place on earth!

Because Americanos can be silly and there's a culture of stupidity here so they crave lame jokes. They mistake triteness for humor on a daily basis. It's sad, really. You should chortle along nervously just to humor them.

Our economic tree can grow another branch (which sounds like a trite, overused cliche but uh well) if we commit ourselves to the "green" movement. Green isn't so bad. We should try it out and garnish opportunity to grow from it.

Well, that's a step in the right direction. USA needs to commit itself to the green sector to experience a surge in it's economic growth, even if global warming is a lie. At least parts of our economy would experience growth making all those windmills and solar panels. Why not?

When I think of deficit, I think the amount of money the govt borrows to pay for government spending. Of course, the greater your GDP, the more taxes the govt collects which funds it various programs, so a trade deficit can be connected to a govt that's deeply in debt.
