You're right, because they offer livable wages and health insurance for Japanese to do those types of jobs. That is not the case in the U.S. Americans don't want to take those jobs its really that simple. Increasingly Americans don't even want to take blue collar jobs like welding, plumbing, etc because they're seen as 'lower class' even though they often pay way more than entry level post-college jobs. These type of jobs don't even cross young Americans' minds. They'd rather put themselves in debt just to get some $40k a year job after graduating - if they're lucky. Even though they could get a blue collar job in less time with no student debt and make way more money starting out they don't do it.

1. Illegals commit crimes at a lower rate than the natives.

Not against natives as a whole, but it is FBI fact that latinos commit far less violent crime including murders than blacks, and only slightly more than whites.

To work, they have to commit fraud on the US by getting fake SS cards - a federal felony.

No they dont. Many of the jobs they get are cash jobs - food prep, landscaping, agriculture etc. Also theres no such thing as 'fake ss cards.' Anyone can make a social security cars with bogus numbers on their computer, but short of hacking the ss database which is basically impossible.let alone for a migrant that ss is bogus. Obtaining a real false identity that checks out costs tens of thousands of dollars which an illegal cannot afford and even then they're merely duplicates of an existing identity.

hard working illegals

The fact is latinos illegal and legal take the low wage dirty jobs that majority of Americans dont want. Even illegal poles wont take the jovs mexicans do. Americans are too lazy and comfortable to take a dirty job like picking fruits in 90 degree weather, cooking at some restaurant for $10 an hour or working on a dairy farm where you're constantly kicked by cows and shat on, literally. Nonetheless those jobs are needed and unless the wages for them are drastically increased and the workers offered benefits which then results in consumers paying far more, itll only be mainly illegals working them

The worst job in New york: immigrant america

You should watch this movie its called a day without a mexican.

youtu.be/0N1EatQsIAI

If you dont like illegal latinos working in the U.S. than stop purchasing products and services in which theyre involved in. That's what I do for israel (bds movement). I don't buy products on the bds list because ive been to israel and its some thing I strongly believe in.

Stop eating out at non franchise restaurants, stop eating yogurt, stop buying oranges, stop buying any food products made in the us as 80% of the people who worked to bring it to you are latinos of whom over half were illegal. You can safely assume that an illegal latino is responsible for the most food in your fridge. Once you stop buying produce, dairy, vegetables, etc then you'll stop supporting the Latino scum you have so much.

"If the Mexican farm laborers all went back tomorrow, the U.S. farm system would collapse," said Bobbie Brown, a crop farmer in the lower Rio Grande Valley along the Texas/Mexico border.

A recent National Agricultural Workers Study (NAWS) by the department of labor which surveys crop workers in the field found that 75 percent of hired hands in the sector were from Mexico and five percent were born in other foreign countries.

They're not going to stop coming though johnny nor will it stop the flow of drugs. Its mainly marijuana that is brought in my illegals. They strap a bail onto their back and walk with it. Especially on the Rio Grande. There's dudes standing there 24/7 just waiting to catch a border guard lackin and send a few bales across the river. All the expensive hard drugs like meth, coke and heroin are brought in by tractor trailer and cars. Cartel makes secret compartments in them and then theyll send like 20 30 cars amd trucks at once to the border. Even if just half to a quarter get though they're profiting millions and in reality the border guards only intercept about 10% of the loads coming in with some estimates as low as 3%

It will stop the human trafficking I dont doubt that but only if the wall runs the entire span of the us border which it won't. And besides cartels will find other means whether its with tunnels, boats, trucks, corrupting border guards which happens a lot or whatever. That's the criminals m.o. - adjust to whatever impedes their business.

Plus even the ones who dont use the cartels coyotes to get across will still come on a 3 day visa and just stay till theyre caught.

Lol sounds good man. When I go to pl over the winter ill look into it more. I'll prepare a nice portfolio with info on the land like the size, per meter value, soil samples, pictures, maybe a swot analysis, list the businesses in the area, etc. Right now with the summer we have a bunch of deck, outdoor painting, tuckponting etc jobs. I'd love to find more workers or subs but its really hard to find good people that are skilled and can be left alone without ******* something up. And if they are they charge a lot basically coming out to around $40 plus an hour.

Plus I want to focus more on that classifieds business while the opportunity is ripe.

who wants ruined old property on the peripheries of a Polish mining town (shut down) that was archaic when it was built

You'd be surprised. The yuppies and hipsters here shell out a almost million to live in a decrepit Victorian that has a ton of problems from leaky pipes to leaking roofs to black mold and everything in between. They don't bat an eye at spending 100k 200k to restore it. These houses were built when people still used candles and many of them still have candle holders on the walls - which the yuppies insist be left alone. Quite a few times I've gathered interesting things including a 1973 Saab sonnett iii that i bought for $900.

Like the saying goes one man's trash is another man's treasure. I'm not concerned about selling it for now. Im treating it as a rainy day asset or something I can sell to buy a condo in skytower which I really like or something that I can potentially turn into a stream of revenue. Once winter comes ill have a better idea of whats the best purpose for it to serve.

The house I was born in is in a dzielnica called zlotniki in wroclaw. When my parents bought it I doubt they spent more than 10k if even that on it waaay back in the 70s or early 80s. They sold it around 2008 2009 or so for something like 350k usd and that too was unmaintained and its design was just as it had been in the 70s.

Its doesnt matter whether a property looks pretty or not. What matters is if the buyer feels like they're getting a good deal on it. And more often than not the determinant of that is the property's location, size, zoning, opportunities etc.

dry mix ingredients his main cost

That's the beauty of it - the geological samples show the rubble is rich in silica, limestone, gravel, etc. But its just one idea. For now I don't have the capital to take on such an expensive project especially in Poland while trying to manage a remodeling business in the US and starting a new classifieds ad venture with another dude.

Around the winter time though I will take a trip out there and meet with some investors and developers and then decide what to do with it. For now it can sit there I'm not worried about it. The property taxes are a little over a grand so I'm not concerned. If only it were the same in Illinois = /

Same for China, Japan, Mongolia, Mexico and the remaining 190 countries which enforce their immigration laws?

Their systems are different than ours. China's system isn't like Japans and Japans system isn't like the US. We're not talking about Mongolia or any other country, that's irrelevant to the conversation. Mexico has a wall with Guatemala - they're actually very strict about their immigration. America is not - hence people exploit it. It is only natural for people to exploit a weakness, a loophole, etc.

Try to get into the country illegally via any airport in the U.S.. That'll teach you about your "open" borders.

Very few people are dumb enough to try to get into the US via an airport without a visa. And once they're in they just overstay the visa - just like Poles have done for decades. And if they got kicked out of the US then they'd just go to Canada and sneak in through the border there into the US.

The vast majority of illegals come from the southern border. They make the CA border more difficult they go in through Texas, they make Texas more difficult they go through New Mexico, they make New Mexico more difficult they go to Arizona, they make Arizona difficult they go through Texas again. It's never going to stop. Plus, many of the people enter the US legally through the border on 3 day passes and then just stay till they're caught and then get a 5 year ban on entering so they just cross illegally if they really want to enter.

Personally, if someone is willing to go through all that trouble of getting arrested, getting deported, walking on foot through a desert just to work some ****** job that no American wants anyway I say we just streamline the process and make it easier for the ones who actually want to work to come in. Right now its a nightmare - just like with anything related to the government (I'm still waiting for my tax refund and it's been over 2 months!!!). These people take jobs americans don't want anyway so personally I don't see the harm in them coming. And even with the massive amounts of latinos its still hard to fill low wage positions.

Well, then why do we have a system in place that controls legal immigration?

Because of political posturing, prison lobby, law enforcement unions, etc.

Don't you think that's a bit unfair to those who go through the bureaucratic nightmare of becoming a legal resident/ citizen?

No one cares about 'fair' or not. Life isnt fair. Its the end result that counts. Like machiavelli wrote in the price - the ends justify the means. I know tons of poles who illegally snuck into.the us via Canada with a polish group facilitating this flow. As long as they didn't commit any serious crimes after 10.years their reward was naturalization - same as the ones who came legally. During that time theyre not collecting benefits like the migrants in Europe, theyre basically forced to work low wage jobs as they become naturalized.

You go and tell the judge that some of that loot was meant for the kid's education and see how it goes

Obviously if the money always acquired illegally then it will.be seized if that person is convicted and thats part of his or her punishment.

Did German kids deserve to be fried alive in Dresden, Hiroshima and Nagasaki for the sins of their fathers?

All wars have collateral damage. We're not discussing a conflict between countries, were talking about us immigration policies.

By purchasing dairy products you absolutely are as YOU KNOW that they were made by illegals. That is different than depositing miney in a bank as you have no idea if that bank will be robbed or not. So do your part and stop eating dairy products you dont want illegals coming to the U.S. and working at those places.

Yes but nonetheless Obama deported far more people than any president before him, eben though he was pretending to be on the illegals side and pass 'immigration reform'

It costs around $30k to deport a person. Im all for deporting illegals who commit violent felonies, but deporting people who are working and contributing to the american economy just seems foolish. Not only are you going to spend $30k deporting that person, but then you lose the labor he or she provided and the only other person thats going to take a dirty $8 $10 an hour job picking fruit or working on a dairy farm is another illegal.

There's a story out about some.17 18 year old kid who was brought by his parents when he was 3 years old. He spoke fluent English, went to high school, and was about to graduate and go off to college where he even got an academic scholarship. Well he gets deported and 3 weeks later he gets his throat sliced since he arrived in a country he knew nothing about.

in which case it'll never sell

Except I have already receieved numerous offers. One guy wants to go into business together and open a cement plant right on it. I've actually got more good offers on that place even though its not even listed than my house due to a large inventory in the area. I can sell anytime I want to but am keeping it for a rainy day.

And its far from the odra and even during the worst floods it was spared.

The wife has a so called "appraised " 3 million in property "assets."

Then why don't you live there or sell it and buy a decent place instead of living in a pos commie block?

Expelling a family because of one person's crime is punishment. The nazis and north Koreans also punished family members and even whole villages for the crimes of individuals.

If you dont want Latino immigrants in the us than stop supporting them financially. When you drink milk, eat cheese of yogurt, use a landscaper whether you hired them for your property or an association hired them for a complex you live in or go out to eat theres a very high chance that an illegal Latino dude is involved. You think the guys working at 'authentic Italian' restaurants are bona fide italians? No its all Mexicans in the kitchen. Unless you're living like a hermit chances are you are consuming products and services where an illegal was involved at some point in the supply chain and you are contributing to their wages by buying such products and services. But lemme guess, now you'll say that you don't consume any dairy products, you never go out to eat, and the landscapers are irish...

You realize that you, like me, are immigrants to the US...

Not every migrant is a violent criminal, a benefits parasite, etc. Actually we have it far better than Europe with the migrants. Most of our migrants come from Central America to work jobs that no American will take for that low money - agriculture, construction labor, etc. In Europe the migrants are rewarded for not working - Germany spends 1500 Euro a month on each migrant. They have no incentive to work because their food, housing, education and even some cash are all given to them for free. And to top it off they cause a ton of crime, rapes, terrorism, etc.

Latinos don't do that sh1t in the US. There's no Mexicans massacring 20 people with an AK, there's no Mexicans driving landscaping trucks into a crowd, there's no Mexicans setting off suicide vests... At worst there's Latinos involved in the drug trade and human trafficking. Very rarely do their activities impact the rest of society. Trump talks about the dozen or so cases of MS13 attacking some random people but the fact is that according to FBI stats, attacks against whites that latinos commit are a fraction of the attacks, rapes, murders etc that blacks commit against whites even though their numbers are far smaller. But no politician will point that out because blacks are citizens and it's much easier to make a conservative audience hate people who aren't citizens.

Personally I'm with Putnam (R) on this who I believe is now running for governor of florida. He wants amnesty for latinos that are working - on farms, in construction, etc. I'm for it because these people are actually providing a huge service for the economy. You'll never find an American to do the kind of dirty work that Latinos do - sometimes for minimum wage or even less.... and almost always without benefits, health insurance, etc.

For which demographic? I'm assuming you mean whites?
We're experiencing a sort of osmosis with wealth and the socialists who believe in redistribution and exacerbating it. Millions of third worlder are flooding wealthy countries because the left insists that their ancestors were wronged and so they have the right to rape and pillage the western world.

Thankfully countries like poland, hungary, czechy, Slovakia and now austria arent falling for it and Italians habe voted in people who will do their best to reverse the damage. Although its going to be very very hard because of the sheer numbers of africans that arrived. My Italian friends tell me certain parts theres more foreigners than italians. And they breed like rats because their birth rates are 2x 3x higher than europeans who realized a long time ago that you don't have kids you cant afford. With all the benefits that leftists insist on handing out theres no reason for them to stop having kids and get a job to support their familt instead of taxpayers for a change

Absolutely. **** I would freak out when I'd lost a few hundred as I was trading with like $5k at first. After a while though you get more comfortable and you don't panic. Still though I look at charts - especially for crypt pretty much nonstop during the day.

someone else's money and it isn't quite so brutal when you take a major hit by the end of the week

Absolutely. At the same time though when they make a great return you're envious that it isn't your money lol. I became a broker simply because a friend moved out to florida to take such a job. He told me he was making a bunch of money off being a commodity broker and how easy it was. I never thought i'd go into sales or investments at the time but it was the height of the recession, I was barely making ends meet as I was in college and waiting tables, so I said **** it... took some time off of school and moved out to florida. I was the youngest dude there still wet behind the ears but I wanted to make money and the drive was enough. The other brokers would make 100 calls a day, so I'd make 200-300. I wasn't making nearly as much as the other guys but it introduced me into the whole world of investing and also sales which is what I ended up doing after I graduated. It did end up paying for the rest of my tuition though so to me it was mission accomplished as the whole reason i went there was to make enough money to pay that off. Plus my boss there gave me some life long lessons and sound advice. It was a great time to be a commodity broker though - height of the recession under Obama, dow tanking, people moving their money out of stocks, but commodities especially gold, silver and oil are going way up

Oh Lord again? Look atch im not denying any of that not what i wrote esrlier. This is the last tkmr im explaining this... idk why you even care so much about this but whatever...

Way back when i first got on this forum I wrote about issues that my property had and delph offered to check it out. That property was appraised for 5.5 mln zs. It was given to me from my granny in exchange for sending her cash.

Second, my salaries were around 80k at my first job upon finishing college. I never denied that.. about 3 years after my first job as an account exec i snagged a sales management job as a territory manager, which is the same job delpg tries to get me fired from, and that new job brought my earnings up wuite a bit in terms of salary and commission. i stayed there only about 1.5 years till Feb 2017 when I quit because I wanted to do my mba and was sick of working for someone else and making them rich from my sales efforts. I've been focusing only on working for myself and focusing more and more on expanding our construction biz which was the best decision j made.

People make and lose millions everyday let alone in 3 4 years. A Chinese guy who know owns the largest btc mining service is a billionaire and yet 5 years ago he was broke. And on the topic of btc last year late spring early summer I was talking with johnny about btc a lot and said I owned 5 when they were around 2k a piece.

I've been into investing since college when i got my first taste as a commodity broker. That's when j realized how helpful it is having your money work for you and to have numerous streams of revenue. Of course i started small, lost some money here and there but eventually found my groove and it snowballed more and more.

Doug has even called for the BANNING of independence day in Poland... I mean that is just so ****** up...

I did a search on the word 'scum' - that's one that Doug like's to use a lot...

Calls Polish miners scum - https://polishforums.com/news/poland-nazi-gold-train-found-75442/#msg1497904

Calls Poles working for Amazon scum - https://polishforums.com/news/poland-amazon-present-65589/#msg1455045

Calls present day Poland scum - https://polishforums.com/news/poland-three-normal-cities-respect-humanity-77854/#msg1545790

Calls Poland 100 years behind the rest of civilization, calls Catholic church criminals - https://polishforums.com/news/poland-post-election-political-scene-76400/51/#msg1541245

Calls Polish people, specifically Polonia scum - https://polishforums.com/life/whats-guys-getting-drunk-fight-77248/2/#msg1531572

Calls all PiS voters scum - https://polishforums.com/news/poland-parliamentary-elections-61677/30/#msg1508962 just like Hillary using the word 'deplorable' and even the left and dems criticizing her for insulting millions of people because of how they democratically voice their opinion (which doug can't do, maybe that's why he's so bitter)

Calls all Poles scum for not contributing to the refugee crisis (which actually they are via various charities) https://polishforums.com/news/poland-three-normal-cities-respect-humanity-77854/#msg1545786

And this is just what I found on a few posts with dougpol using sentences with the word scum in it...

Yeah... Doug REALLY likes Polish people and the society... he's soooo well assimilated.... just like the muslim migrants who also hate their host country, don't speak the language and aren't citizens.

Calls November 11 a 'hooligan parade' and needs to be banned - https://polishforums.com/news/poland-duda-invited-march-independence-76186/#msg1506841

And calls Polish police (especially Katowice police for whatever reason) scum - but I have to agree as I generally dislike cops...

Oh and I believe yesterday it was that Doug said Poles don't have sense..

Right Doug, all of those things you said are only about PiS.... suuuure... well I think your neighbors, friends, students, etc should have a look at these and decide for themselves if it's offensive. Don't you agree this is the best way since they're a neutral unbiased party?
Dirk diggler

. But he doesn't say anything worse about Poland than you hear living in Poland ten times a day.

Bullsh1t. Poles do not call each other backward, stupid, senseless, criminal, scum, poor (amongst all the other things he's said - and numerous other people too like harry and delph but at least they were wise enough to stop repeating it) and most certainly they don't call their independence day celebrations a wankfest because they know their history and how extremely offensive that is considering how many Poles died to get the country back on the map after over 100 years.

And even IF they did say stuff like that - they're Poles, they're allowed to -it's their country. Just as one black man can call another a n1gger, but it is totally inappropriate for person of another race to do the same.

Like I asked Doug numerous times - let's have his neighbors and colleagues decide. He wanted PF to adjudicate but knows that this forum is split along political lines, an d furthermore there's very few actual Poles here... There's most foreigner expats in Poland than anyone else and they do not represent how a Polish person would take that. Therefore, we should have Doug's neighbors, students, etc read his posts and decide for themselves if its offensive or not. My guess is that those students won't return for any more lessons and his neighbors will stop being neighborly very quick... And if word gets around he'll probably get stomped by a young nationalist living in or around his commie block for the things he said about Poland's independence.

Again, a person who is not fluent in the country he or she lived in and is not a citizen after over 3 decades is about as assimilated as the migrants who habe flooded europe. They also do not speak the language, are not citizens and regularly show contempt and hatred for the host population. Only difference is theyve been there far shorted than 30+ years. Hence one could even say Doug is less assimilated than the migrants tearing up germany, sweden, France, etc.

I'd sooner chose russia or Bulgaria or UK because atleast cost of living is low and theyre slavic countries so no diversity quota multikulti enrichment b.s. UK has become an overpriced multi kulti socialist police state with a thought crime division. No thank you. I'd be fined there merely for citing statistics and facts on migrants and paki gang rape squads like many others have.

Poland isnt perfect but at least its safe, has a booming economy, is homogenous, socially conservative, hasnt had a single terrorist attack and theres plenty of good jobs and opportunities. With UK there is too but it doesn't matter because the cost of living is so outrageous. My buddy bought a small condo and paid something like arlund 800k pounds just to be in an area where there aren't ninja women and bearded men snack baring all day living off benefits.
