Programs promoting teaching English in Poland as an American

I am first generation American with my mother having been born in Poland and immigrating to the US about 6 months before Hitler invaded Poland. My father was also born in Poland. My dream for retirment (about 3 to 4 more years from the Univ. of Fl) is to live a year or two in Poland and saturate myself with the culture and to become somewhat facile in speaking Polish. I can understand most of it (heard it as a child) but speak very little as my grammer is poor and I definitely cannot write Polish. I still have relatives in Chorzele (about 60 miles west of Warsaw). I would love to live anywhere in Poland and teach English to either children or adults. What are the possibilities? What are the possiblities in having a minimum income there in terms of teaching. Any ideas if there are programs that promote this? I have visited Poland 2x---once for 2 months in 1977 and then for 2 weeks this past May 2006. Any ideas or resources for my request? Krysia
