Permission for a work in Poland for an Asian girl?

One of reasons for applying for a temporary residence for my gf in Poland is a permission for work in Poland.
Polish law says:
Cudzoziemiec, który zamierza podjąć na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej pracę lub inne zajęcie zarobkowe musi najpierw znaleźć w Polsce pracodawcę, który wystąpi do wojewody właściwego ze względu na siedzibę firmy bądź instytucji z wnioskiem o wydanie zezwolenia na pracę. Cudzoziemiec może uzyskać taką zgodę, jeśli na stanowisko, do którego aplikuje, nie ma chętnych wśród obywateli polskich.

Well, my father is an employer n i know another employer abt health service.
Maybe she should learn Thai massage for example.
Hv u got ideas how to solve this problem?

Or any job where someone needs to know Thai language...

Or find some Asian restaurant, tell the owner what you need and he may claim that he needs her because she can cook some Asian food any Poles can't... how any urząd will prove that It isn't so ?
